another Lavinia stamped card

Here's a birthday card I made for a friend's birthday.  It's 3D, as I used foam tape to raise the brown and green die cut areas.  Stamped with Lavinia fairy and used Lavinia alcohol ink background paper.  I just can not get enough of these Lavinia stamps.  I want to get more but that will have to wait.
Thanks for popping by and leaving your comments.  I love to hear what y'all think of my creations.....

Sympathy Cards

So Today I had to make 4 sympathy cards for 4 very close friends who lost their Mom a few days ago.  I used Lavina stamps and papers..... Hope you like them.   These are always hard for me so I hope they will like them.   Inside I stamped:  With Sympathy and Friendship, we are sending thoughts and prayers to help you through......

Card for Male friend

Hi all, here's a quick pic of a card I made for one mine and DH's male friend's who had a birthday BBQ.  He loved it by the way.    Super simple to do..... had apron template for card and just cut smaller plaid paper and glued on added pocket and googled grill tools and glued them on too.  Also added the grommets for more detail...that's it.   Here's the card.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Just a few cards

Hello and happy Saturday everyone.  Hope you are having a fun day doing something that you love.  I did some house stuff then made these cards.   The fairy one I made into a card is from my last post.  It is rather large so I will have to make an envelope for it.  I used my Lavinia Stamps again, I am just loving these stamps so much!  And of course used alcohol ink, distress oxides and stazon and color box inks.  Here are are the finished cards.  Hope you like them and leave me some comments on them.

That's it for now, need to get dinner on for the us.....Have a fabulous rest of your day whatever you are doing!

Until Next Time,

Fairie Stamping

Hi all!  Happy Valentines to all who celebrate it.  Yesterday I spent the day with my Mom and we drove 1 1/2 hours north to go to a stamps store called "Stamp Salado", in Salado, TX.  Great little store, sweet lady who owns it too.  We had fun, spent some $$$ there too!  I did find a neat Gelli Plate set with 2 different sizes in it, have wanted one for a while now so I got it.  Also got some oxide inks, stamps and alcohol inks..... We just had a nice Mother Daughter  day out.   Now I think I mentioned I recently made a nice purchase of some stamps from Lavinia Stamps,   They do the cool fairie and scene stamps.  If you don't know Lavinia Stamps, go check out them out, some really cool stamps and they are well worth the $$ as they stamp beautifully!   I decided today to have a go at the Lavina monthly challenge.  The theme is "enchanted woodland" and you must use only Lavinia stamps.  Dies, inks and papers can be from anywhere but must use their stamps and follow the theme, which I love by the way.   So I got out some alcohol inks, color box ink black, Lavinia stamps and went to work.  And I must say I am so happy with what I created.  I showed my Hubbs and told him I needed a title and between the 2 of us we decided on "equinox".   So now here's the card front, which I will make into a card very soon.  Hope you love it as much as I do.  Now go visit Lavinia and if you have some of their stamps, why not join in the fun........

Love and crafty hugs to all of my followers and everyone on this heartfelt day!

Until Next Time,

Working on Valentine's Day stuff

Hi everyone.  Hope y'all are having a great start to your New Year.  I just made this card for my Mom for Valentine's Day.  The base card is from Crafter's Companion, I love their stuff.  I then used some alcohol inked papers, I made, to stamp and die cut some flowers and leaves from Heartfelt Creations.  I also added some bling to the inside of these flowers.  Then I added the ribbon, glued the flowers down and decided it needed a little more so I added the red gem stones and now I am happy with it.  I know she will love it!  Oh and I die cut a card stand I had from Joy Craft..............

Mom Valentine's day
Close up flowers
I am also entering this card into the following challenges
 The Crazy Challenge
Through the Craft Room Door

Well that's it for the moment, I do have a few more cards in the works and will share soon.  So pop by back to see them.  Thanks to those of you who do stop and leave me some comment love, I do appreciate it and love reading all of them.
