Quick scrap paper card

Hello all my crafty peeps!   Hope you are safe and warm where ever you may be.  It's cold here, at least for us Texans it is! I made a card from a bunch of scrap paper I had lying around my craft area.  Got this great idea from a friend who's also a crafty card maker, Lorraine.  Going to be for one of my friends' birthday this weekend. She loves blues and greens, so I thought this fit the bill.  Now for the card:

OK I'm going back to my comfy chair, blanket and a nice fire in the fireplace!  Stay warm where ever you are.

Until Next Time

  1. Hi Chris. I love the way you have used you scrap paper. Made a beautiful Birthday card. Glad your warm, they are calling for snow here tonight. Hope they miss it.

  2. Oh Chris....what a great card and the background is perfect. Love it. Hugs Deloris

  3. Fantastic card and a great way to use up all the scraps Chris. You could send us some cold weather. It is 105F here today..SOOOOoooooo HOT.....Loz

  4. This is fantastic, I love this technique.

  5. You made a great background for your cards. I like to do that too! Because I sure have enough scrap pieces in my craft room. And Yes, I am trying to stay warm! LOL. That isn't easy these days...I'm waiting for spring for sure!

  6. Great scrap card! Love the greens and blues together. :)
